I was kinda crazy when the machine when down and i dont know how to do the manual thing, but the mere fact that Yong swipe the card and the print outs didnt come out as it supposed to be… I called up the hotline center and asked for assistance of the operator.
Code 88 was very much helpful that i felt like he is just a friend who laughs at me on what to do, and do the reversal for me instead. i know i asked for impossible that he finds it funny lol.
thanks for the hotline that i called up the channel man was there to help us. And as for the manual thing…. i asked assistance on how to fill it out. lesson learn dont depend to much on the machine you must also know how to do stuff in manual
I was having a busy day at work today but i am happy in a way that it means i am selling at all. It was already six in the evening and still i am on the way to the store and bringing some stocks for the client is waiting for me for them to get the specific phone they want.
Finally i arrived at the workplace and my co employee swipe the card without hesitation but suddenly things went wrong our machine didn't work as it should be…. Gosh! it suck up and ended me to make the transaction void instead and called up the operator.
Thanks to Code 88, though i got a chance to catch his real name he became my hero for the moment. The transaction was successfully void and tomorrow i am hoping to catch the technician for them to repair the credit card machine and have to settle the account for it.
