Well it seems i spoke too soon, barely 13 days of using the myphone S22 Duo, I have encountered some problems na. first issue is that the mic doesn’t work anymore (maybe got a lemon). Making and receiving calls are one way, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. wierd. tried testing it with other sims (in order to isolate the problem and make sure it wasn'’t network related) still the same one way communication, tried different sims (prepaid, Postpaid) same results. tried switching to the headset during a call and voila, it worked. which confirmed my theory that the mic of my unit is busted. not only that, but it seems the headset cable as well. since i’m getting intermittent notices on the screen that the earphones are plugged out (even if they are plugged in).

to settle this, I went to their service center at pasong tamo, their service staff advised me to leave the phone for them to check and repair it. leave the phone a 2 week old phone. I got furious, only 2 out of the 52 weeks of warranty the phone breaks down and they expect me to have it serviced ????? i demanded to see their manager, which suprisingly can’t do anything else but to stick to their policy and repeat what the staff said. I demanded that they replace my phone. I even called myphone customer support and advised them what i told the head of pasong tamo sony service center. I gave them a copy of my receipt, and demanded that it be replaced.

had my slyder series barely 2 wks. Its wonderfully working well except that maybe 4 times when after sending nemerous times on the same text with different names the phone suddenly rebooted by itself and I don’t know why…………..hmmm…..somthing fishy hei….anyway i hope this is not a hardware problem. Other than that it’s user friendly……. any coments on this pls let me know. thanks!

built-in nearly 1k memory. thats why it-rebooted. maybe the system itself is not capable of doing multiple task.

Well, the Myphone series still on the market. which i love most about it, is that i dont need to have multiple phones for me to roam around.

i have S22 myself and i love it… although i got some glitches on the voice on the receiver’s end, he can’t hear me very well.. i tried and saw that i have optimum volume, but still the same problem… i think the mouthpiece is same as the earpiece and my ears got in the way… hehe anyway, ill just investigate about this…

i have my s22 phone for a day now… as in… 1 day palang at wala akong masabi… got p990i and i have carefully deliberated before i have to give my p990i to my brother… to make the long story short, i have condsidered the functionality of the 2 phones…. i dont need 3g, i dont use bluetooth actually except for an incident that i have to ask my friend tos end me music or photo via bluetooth, i dont need the touch screen functionality, i dont use wifi very often… kaya its easy for me to decide na bumili ng s22… slim, dual active sim, mp3 player, megapixel camera… saan ka pa? hindi rin pala ako mahilig makinig ng radio…

got my s22 ten (10) days ago … been very happy with it … until early tonight … it suddenly went into its version of a “white screen of death” … all you see on the screen is white … even with several reboots, battery changes, sim switched/removed, memory card removed, plugged, raised to high heavens … you name it. weird thing is, you i can still call thru speed dial, as well as receive calls and messages. very strange and very bad! bringing it back to the store tomorrow. i really hope they don’t give me the same service bull*&#t they gave marnelle.

igy, i think its a badluck for you to have a problems with your s22… well, maybe its too early for me to give evaluation with my s22, so far, im completely satisfied… honestly, yung camera na lang ang pinaka disappointment ko… kasi maganda sa phone, pero pag transferred to pc, parang posterized ang dating… i dont know if it is with the setting… hindi ko pa kasi nakalkal… i hope i could fox this thing… sayang ang 1.3MP niya kung mas mganda pa ang VGA ng samsung.

Wow good thing i stumbled upon this blog. I was planning on getting an S22 myself coz it’s the cheapest advertised dual active sim phone available in the market..looks like i’ll have to do some more research on Verzio’s twinn or duplii instead..too bad Samsung’s dual sim phone is way off my alloted budget scale..

Been using the phone for a few months now. Haven’t experienced any hanging or the like. For the price I paid for it, it’s a bargain as it does what it’s supposed to do– make and receive phone calls and text messages using two lines in one small and smart package.
I do plan to upgrade later… perhaps a new samsung model. That’s after I finish my 6 months, zero interest installments on my s22.

I am having problem with myphone slyder series model, I can’t download and send out mms though my memory card still has 91M free. Is it because my phone memo is zero already. What makes me wonder is why is the memo zero have transferred almost all of my phonebook to my sims 1 and 2 already, deleted all the files and mms available on my phone, but still the memory is zero, please email back your answer, Thanks.

i got my s22 aa week ago. nothing was wrong till the other nyt. i was texting den mesg. was not send , the msg was saved at the draft folder when i open ed it the phone rebooted. not just once but 3x. other than that im enjoying the fone. do u experience the same thing? lovee to hear an comments regarding this problem. u may get intouch with me 09228021695.. hello Guys… wanna say thank you kasi you drop by n my blog…. the phone s22 have certain limitation for mR. cRUSH NG BAYAN, you were concern regarding network… for dual purposes meron yan xa option that you need to change para gumana ang dalawang network, however if ang tanong bakit la sya signal… have you tried switching simcards? or baka la talaga signal sa lugar na yan o kaya mahina?

Hay nakuh, wla kwnta myphone, 3 months pa lng nagbabakbak na agad ung gilid at un screen, tpos naghahang, nama2tay pah, pmunta ako sa knila to check and asking for replacement… aun, di raw pwede kc kasalanan k na daw kung bakit nagbabakbak un!! tama bang ganun? pati battery, bilis malowbat at nagbabakbak din.. di raw kasama sa warranty ung battery, gilid, at screen….
sna di na lang ako bumili.. wla ring kwenta service nila. double check daw, pero ng kunin ko ganun pa rin… wag na kayo bblili nito…. please…

guys pano ba 2 masasabi sa tingin nio anong mas magandang bilhin na phone is it the nokia 3110c or the myphone s22 ka i was planning to buy a git for my dad cuz meron na akong 3110c pero sabi daw nang iba mas maganda yung s22 which do you guys think will be better kc ala pa akong naging probs sa 3110c pero yung friend ko napaka rami tulad na yung white screen of death,yung cam, at yung mic, masya nga daw itapon nalang kc gumastos sa pagpapagawa ng almost d same price as nung bago.

hi! got my s22 dou and i say it a great phone. i problem i have is the battery. masyadong mahina ang battery and i have to recharge the phone over after a day. yun lang, all elsa is good.

so after reading all your heartaches . what would you advise. should i buy mypohone unit or not?
